Shifts will be posted on Tuesday's at 6:15 PM local time, and will provide early access to allow More Time Ready associates to meet their hour expectation. You build your own schedules weekly by selecting shifts through Amazon Moment in a separate MTR workgroup. As a More Time Ready associate, you will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (Sunday-Saturday), equal to a minimum of 120 hours per calendar month. The More Time Ready program provides the opportunity for Ready associates to pick up additional hours and work longer shifts – 8.5 and 10.5 hours (where applicable).
